Group plans support 2–20 seats. Current quantity discounts are 20% for 2–3 seats, 25% for 4–6, 30% for 7–10, 35% for 11–15 and 40% for 16–20. The pricing calculator shows the billing-cycle total before checkout.
Trials and billing
The eligible seven-day first-time Pro trial applies to individual Pro subscriptions. Group plans and Ultimate do not include that trial. Review checkout for the final price and renewal terms.
Connect and switch accounts
After checkout, connect each supported platform account and choose the intended account before loading tasks or saving a schedule. An extra seat changes linked-account capacity, not which task you selected.
